Hypnosis for Peak Test Performance for Teens

CALM FOCUS is a 4 week intensive offering support, education and effective hypnosis techniques to eliminate test anxiety and increase confidence for peak test performance. Cost includes 90 minute individualized intake evaluation, four 90 minute group sessions, and hypnosis recordings for continued practice.
